Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our growing team at SoftiCation Technology. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth for our SaaS, GenAI, and cloud solutions.

## Key Responsibilities:

**Business Development & Sales:**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the technology sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners
- Generate qualified leads through various channels including cold outreach, networking, and digital marketing
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets

**Client Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
- Understand client needs and propose tailored technology solutions
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project progress
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts

**Strategic Planning & Analysis:**
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
- Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted campaigns
- Contribute to pricing strategies and service offerings

## Requirements:

**Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in B2B technology sales preferred
- Knowledge of SaaS, cloud computing, or AI/ML solutions is a plus

**Skills & Competencies:**
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Experience with lead generation tools and techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset

**Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Experience with sales automation tools
- Basic understanding of web technologies and digital platforms
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar)
