Refund Policy

When a fee payment is made to SoftiCation Technology, the fees paid in advance are held in a client account by SoftiCation Technology. SoftiCation Technology will be paid after working on a client's case. Depending on the accomplishment of specific milestones, SoftiCation Technology earns a fee at different rates and at different times during an engagement.
Because the resources and man hours invested on providing the service are non-returnable, a refund for the earned fee is not possible. In a nutshell, processing fees, payment gateway fees, admin fees, and resource costs for work completed to date will be subtracted.
Furthermore, we are unable to refund or reimburse any funds paid to government or private agencies, such as domain and server purchasing, or to any third parties involved in the fulfilment of your transaction. In any case, SoftiCation Technology is only obligated to repay up to the amount paid by the client.

Refund Process

Refund requests should be sent to [email protected]. All refund requests must be submitted within 6 days of the original purchase date. We will handle your request within 15 to 25 business days after obtaining all of the information needed to complete a refund, such as the reason for the refund, bank account information, and so on.

Cancellation Fee

Our guarantee only covers satisfaction concerns caused by SoftiCation Technology– not changes to your condition or state of mind– because we incur expenditures and devote time, labour, technological resources, and effort to your service or document production. We will retain the fee paid on your account until you are ready to begin the service if you require us to suspend the processing of a service.
We reserve the right to make every effort to complete the service before processing any refund. If you are dissatisfied with the service, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% plus any earned fees plus any fees paid to the government. The cancellation fee would not apply if the service was changed.
